I understand that by applying for the 2022 Adopt a Family for the Holidays program that I am giving them permission to use my image in all marketing and social media tools. I also understand that my application does not guarantee that i will be approved and that all information will remain confidential but that I approve Adopt a Family to use my images that i submit. I also understand that if i am approved for adoption that I will be required to attend the Lunch or Dinner with Santa on the date set by Organizer to receive my gift cards and food. I also understand that I am responsibile for my own transportation to the event, and that AAF doesn't mail out my gift cards or presents. I also understand that failure of me to attend that event will void my adoption and my gifts will be given to the next family on the waiting list. There are no exceptions *
