I understand that by applying for the 2023 Adopt-A-Family for the Holidays program that I am giving this program the permission to use my photos/image in all marketing and social media tools necessary. I also understand that my application does not guarantee that I will be approved and that all information will remain confidential but that I approve Adopt-A-Family to share my story and to use my images that I submit. I also understand that if I am approved for adoption that I will be REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE Lunch or Dinner with Santa on the date set by Organizers to receive my gift cards and food. I also understand that NO GIFTS can be mailed. I also understand that I am responsible for my own transportation to the event and MUST STAY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. I also understand that failure of me to attend that events listed above will VOID my adoption gifts and my gifts will be given to the next family on the waiting list. There is no exceptions to this program. *

Previously adopted families are not eligible for re-adoption in our program. Adoption application doesn't guarantee you will be chosen. This program is based 100% on our donors adopting you.

Please be detailed in your description and WE MUST RECEIVE good photos of your children and the parents or your application will not be accepted. If you need to email the photos you can email laurie@bikerdown.org
