Rules for Adoption
- Previously adopted families are not eligible for adoption in our program. We screen every family who applies. All repeat family applications will be voided.
- You must fill out the form in detail and tell us your story. Due to the numerous applications, all incomplete applications will be voided
- A recent photo of the parent(s) with the children must be attached. No separate photos. Any application that doesn't have a family photo, will be contacted 1 time to give you a chance to provide it. If we do not receive the family photo, your application will be voided. We ask for this so that your adoption application can be made into an adoption tile to help the donors get to know your family and to chose you as a recipient of their donation.
- We will close our registration process on November 24th to give us time to make sure all of our chosen families have donors. We will notify you of your successful adoption no later than November 27th. We will contact you via email and phone.
- All chosen families will be required to attend our Lunch with Santa on Sunday, December 22nd at the venue. We will notify you via email/phone of the location and time, and confirm 2 days before the event on the 22nd of December. Please make sure you have vehicle transportation to/from the venue. If you need someone to drive you, your driver (1 person only) will be allowed to also attend the Lunch with Santa to help you get your amazing gifts home to your family.
